Tricep Quadriceps Extension Exercise Hi, I'm Paul Katami in Los Angeles, California. And I'm going to show you a compound exercise using only two ways. I call it the tricep quadriceps extension. For this exercise, you're going to need the tube with the handles and a rubber loop. That particular exercise happens to work the upper body and lower body. Its two big problems areas back at the arm and the legs and hips. But it also forces your body to stay upright, so it’s making your posture much better and its building positive habits. So when you do other exercises since you're better at them. This is one of my favorite exercises because its works the entire upper body and lower body at the same time for stability while your extending for the triceps and for the glut and the quad, two big problem spots. So first thing, you're going to take your handle tubes. You're going to bring it under one foot. You're going to extend some extra tube on the outside. You're going to take the extension on the inside with underneath the foot, step down, let go of that handle. So now, you got a single sided anchor. From here, you're going to take that arm up and behind the head. The first part of this exercise is just extending the arm for the triceps. You're pushing up, releasing down. Making sure to keep your shoulder down, your neck relax. The second progression of this exercise is balancing up on one leg as you do this triceps extension. The third progression is extending the leg as you do the triceps. This is going to force your abs to go nice and tight. It’s going to work those quads. It’s going to work the triceps and the whole body works for stability at the same time. This makes you efficient and it makes the result come a lot faster and also back head. I lost 35 pound when I learned that I was eating incorrectly and not exercising. I was sedimentary and quick on my way to having diabetes and health problems. So it really turned my life around. I kind of have my feet on the ground. It’s not about spinning and yelling how many you can do. It’s about making the right choices everyday. And just by doing that, you can live a life of health and fitness. And I think I have a really great way to delivering that to clients because I've been there. I'm Paul Katami. Thanks for watching.
