Well, the important thing for whiplash is to get into rehab and strengthen the muscles. If you look at the statistics, unfortunately people who sustain a whiplash injury can have symptoms for up to a year or two. And so to prevent that from lasting that long of a period of time, you want to be very aggressive about it because the people that get better without having symptoms lasting for a year or two typically get better in the first three months. So, you want to be very aggressive, you want to get in the physical therapy and try to strengthen the muscles and work through it.
