Dr. Travis Stork: But anyone who has lost a lot of weight knows we are left with stretch marks or worse saggy skin. There is a procedure, it's called the Total Body Lift that can reshape your entire body in one surgery. We scrubbed in with Dr. Ordon and his colleagues to check it out. I want to warn you some of what you may see is very graphic. It's not appropriate for small children. Male Speaker: Nobody else on the planet was doing what we were doing today. Total body contouring removes excess skin. What we'll do, we'll fold the skin here. We spend the better of an hour walking the patient out so that we can get a road map as to how much is going to be removed. Dr. Andrew Ordon: I've assembled the dream team of plastic surgery today, headed by Dr. Hurwitz, Dr. Calvert, Dr. Brennan, Dr. Chopra. This is about a hundred years of experience, five Board-certified plastic surgeons. The preplanning is so important. This way we can all fit in without stepping all over each other. Male Speaker: 9 o'clock, we're starting the Total Body Lift here, let's give it to it. Welcome back team, rolling like ten minutes into the case. Dr. Calvert is going to give her a new buttock crease. Male Speaker: Nice and thin in her waist, everybody likes that. Dr. Andrew Ordon: If they are not too tired, they may do it on me later today. We've already excised her excess tissue starting with closing it up. I don't know how we did it, but we actually have six doctors in one room that are getting along. We've now flipped her. We're going to do that breast reconstruction. That's the game plan. Are we ready? Male Speaker: We're ready. Male Speaker: We're tightening up her abdomen with some stitches. Dr. Andrew Ordon: We have pulled that skin down and sewed it into place. Male Speaker: We're going to make an opening here and attach that down and make a new belly button. Dr. Andrew Ordon: We're now on the breast. Male Speaker: This is the implant we're going to use. It's about 12 ounces. Dr. Andrew Ordon: It will be done in 15. I think Dennis right? Dennis: 15 minutes is right. Dr. Andrew Ordon: Wow! Male Speaker: Dr. Ordon is just right. Dr. Andrew Ordon: That finish line is inside. We see it. It's that last -- suck it up guys. Seven hours. Dennis, that's excellent. Dennis: Thank you! Dr. Andrew Ordon: Close to 15 pounds of tissue was removed. We completely gave her a new body.
