This is the second of our total body moves and it is called the forward toss. Now remember the benefit of total body move is that it links. Your lower body, your corner upper body together. So what you wanted to think about with the forward toss is starting the really strong squat and what you are doing, she is doing a press all the way through. Now today, we are using a medicine ball, which is 8 pounds, but you can always start with a lighter ball as students are learning the move and I think gets stronger, you can change it to perhaps a medicine ball. Okay, ready so you starting a squat and toss through and press with little jump. Good. Make sure that you would let the ball drop before you pick it up, great. And again, so squat, squat and press through. Good, okay ready Andrea. Squat as the lower body core, press through, good. This move is called the forward toss.
