Okay, before we go again, let us try something a little bit trickier. Get on the ground. Okay, this next drill, we are working on agility and hand/eye again, but you are tossing the ball and you are trying to catch it and you are laying flat. So you are going to be flat on the ground and you toss it up high and you are going to try and get up and get it. I am going to watch you do it. That is the best thing about being the coach is watching it happen. Okay, ready, go. Very good. Try it one more time, so you can get it straight up. Nice. So that is called the toss and catch and it works on agility and hand/eye coordination. It is lots of fun. You can do it anywhere.
