Fitness Magazine asks dozen of testers to crunch lunch and sweat through more than 80 of the latest workout DVD’s. I'm going to find out which one will provide the best results. Lindsey Emery is the senior fitness editor of the magazine and she's here to show us the top picks. Welcome back Lindsey.
