Sarah Dussault: Hey guys welcome to the calorie menu brought to you by diet.com I'm Sarah host and I'm with body transmission expert Stephen Cabral. And the focus of today's video is our metabolism fueled foods. So many of you when you start to diet you tend to come back on how many calories you are eating and your metabolism actually slows down so one way to help to prevent this one happening is to use snacks to help keep your body fueled. So Stephen what are some snacks that actually help increase your metabolism. Stephen Cabral: So one thing we want to focus on when we are really trying to loose weight but not to lose nutritional value is focus on foods that are high nutritional value and usually higher in fibre. So those foods keep you associated and so if you are only having a small handful of food that your snack, mid morning or mid afternoon you want to fix an entire fibre good in nutritional value, so that usually is something like a handful of almonds or some type of little bit of trail mix some thing like that cottage cheese and those things is to quickly more associating because of some times in good fat in them as well. Keep you full and really focus on trying to get that fibre and back in your diet that consistency where the meals as well, so if you are not eating vegetables at most of your meals if not all three major meals that something you want to get right back in your diet, its going to be keep you full longer and keep your vitamins and minerals and nutrients much on it.
