Welcome everyone to a very special Halloween calorie minute. I am Sarah host. Last weekend I spend two hours stirring in all the nutrition information of all the different Halloween trick or treat candies, trying to find out which ones are the healthiest, so that you don't have to and I have the cell phone images to prove it. I was disappointed to find that my favorite candy, the caramello was nowhere to be found in target. So, if you know where I can find my secret caramellos, please let me know. And the house that gives these out, holds the key to my heart. But let's forget favorites. Here is my list of worst Halloween candies to get; Smarties, Dots, Tootsie Rolls, Dum Dums, Necco wafers, Raisins and those unlabeled hard candies. No, one really likes these, and if they say, they do it's probably only because they are the lowest in calories of all the Halloween candy you could possibly get. But with that in mind. here is our list of healthiest Halloween treats for you to eat. My top three choices. Peanuts M&Ms, three musketeers and Junior mint or your peppermint patty. The reason is because peanuts have protein, the dark chocolate with the pepper mint is dark chocolate antioxidants and also your musketeers is light and fluffy.
