So we have two snacks a day for 150 calories and we have things like a 100 calories pack of cranberries and that’s with the tablespoon of walnut, and you can have pretzels dip in milk chocolate. You can have three Dunkin Donuts or munchkins; you can have a couple of slice of strawberries of our half cup frozen yogurt, all really delicious basically like eating dessert. Next our vegetables because if you go too long without eating your blood sugar level permits and your metabolism drops so would not only are you going to feel exhausted and irritable but you are actually decreasing your calorie burns so that’s going not have really loss efforts. The best thing you can do, we’ve done all the calorie counting for you so literally you just have look over the magazine choose what meals if you feel like eating today and start eating.
