Hi, welcome to mommy maters. I'm Shannon with babyessentials.com here today to talk to you about selecting a mommy and baby class. The best way to select a class is to think of course about your interest and your baby’s interest. With really young babies, some moms like to go and sign up for these classes really just to get out and socialize and that’s totally fine too. When you're looking for a class, things you want to think about are you know finding classes not too crowd, something that is developmentally appropriate for you child and something that’s run by a knowledgeable staff. So, there are a lot of great classes out there, anything from gym class to music class to even a mommy exercise class again where you're bringing baby but it's really or mommy’s socialization. So, there’s a lot of great stuff out there. You really want to think about what you're goals are. And the other thing is some of them can be a little costly. So, you want to really weigh out what are you getting for your money. Is it something that you feel there’s gym equipment there and you can see where your money went? If nits something that your really going for yourself but it’s costly, you might want to look into a mommy group in your area instead.
