Speaker: This is Tip it Over and Push it Up and you really have to think on this one. Now a hand weight one hand and balance on the opposite leg. We are going to start by tipping it over for four counts one, two, three, four lowering that arm down at your side, now when you come back up you are going to pull your arm up for two counts and squeeze through your buns and your back the back of your, one, two. So you really have to think about using the back of your leg and not your low back, keep your abs nice and tight. Now push up for two counts one, two, you got that knee lift and lengthening your arm over head, resist as you pull down for four counts, one, two, three, four, lot going on here let's try it again. Lower for four, tip it over one, two, three, four. Now squeeze through those buns and your hamstring one, two as you pull the arm up, push up for two one, two, really holding those abdominal tight resist for four, one, two, three, four. Now you can always hold down a chair if that would make it easier, we will do one more time one, two, three, four, one, two, up for two breathe and pull down for four and awesome. And of course repeat it on the other side.
