The Total Body Toner Exercise Hi, I'm Koya Webb and now I'm going to introduce to you my specialty exercise, the body toner. This is will tone your entire body. I love things that are complex because it really challenges your body. And if you do this every morning with at least five times a week will definitely fill it in your entire body. First, I want you to bend down to pick your weight, make sure you knees has been guarded your elbow your toe and lift your weights up and comeback up to start position. First we’re going to start off with the lunge, make your abs are nice and tight and lunge forward, good and press back. And the left leg lunge forward. Make sure your knee doesn’t go over your toe and press back. Now we are going to work the biceps with the bicep curl and then a military press for your shoulder, good. And then comeback down lean over and do a tricep kick back and back down. I want you to step forward and then come down to the floor. Now that you are down here, let’s do a nice pushup. Come down and lift up great, it's like jump out and obliques, really work those obliques and rotate it and rotate to the side and back down, and put that lovely back. Give me a good row, good and another row,good and you are done. Sometimes I get people say “I can’t do that exercise” but if they just tell themselves and they think positively and say “I can do it”, they’ll see that it's not that hard if you take it instead and then if you break it down. The exercise, it looks so complex, gets really easy. You’ll definitely know who your top trainer is at to doing that exercise.
