The Teaser Hello, I'm Siri Duarma Galliano. Today I'm going to show you a classic Hawaii exercise called the teaser. Come sit on the floor, bend your knees, pull your stomach in and then lift you feet off the floor. Start with just by balancing. Hold on to your legs. And if you can, straighten them up as far as you can and just hold that position. Now if you feel very comfortable and want to dance yourself, take your hands off. This is called the teaser number one. Teaser number one the lower body goes down and up a little bit. Let's do that two times. You know I'm given the teasers to ladies 70 years old and I'm giving them to men with Parkinson’s it's an amazing exercise that everybody can do in a certain modification from beginning to super advance. And you get a great joy in for some performing something difficult like that. To challenge yourself, lower the upper body down and lift the upper body. Lower the upper body and lift the upper body. Now, lower the lower body and lift the lower body. And lower the lower body and lift the lower body and to really advance yourself — lower both and lift both. And lower both and lift both and hold and hold and hold and relax, beautiful. This exercise works what they call your powerhouse of bloodiest your cores strength muscles.
