Hi, I'm Cynthia Sass, Prevention Grocery Guru. We’re here at Fairway, a beautiful grocery store. And I know that when you're facing a wall oils. It can be a little bit overwhelming. Which oil do you buy? What do you use them for? Now, definitely some that were better for cold recipes and others that were better for hot recipes. One of my favorite oils for a stir fry would be sesame oil. It has kind nutty almost smoky flavor and a little bit goes along way flavor wise. So you could cut back on the calories by not having to use very much. And it has a bit smell point. Meaning that you can heat this oil to a very high temperature before it begins to smoke. So the perfect for a wok or stir fry. Now the great oil for stir fry would be peanut oil. So by a smaller bottles of each one to keep it ready at hand because also the natural plants substances that are in one vegetable oil are different from another one. So by using a variety, you can expose your body to a broader spectrum of all these good natural plant chemicals. I'm Cynthia Sass, the Grocery Guru.
