Can Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) contribute to a woman's sexual dysfunction? Dr. David Sanderson: COPD can impair her ability to exercise into the effect, into the extent that she may become little more stressed during sexual activities. Yes, it could interfere, but there is no harm from continuing to engage in an active sexual experience just because of the COPD.
