This is Insider Medicine in 60 from New Jersey. Research conducted by pharmacy benefit manager Medco, showed that the number of adults between 20 and 44 years of age using cholesterol and blood pressure medication has significantly increase. Those who are cholesterol lowering drugs increase 68 percent over a five year period, and those in anti hypertensive has increase by 21 percent from the UK. Preliminary results from the 4 year EUs studies that organic fruits are better than known organically produced ones. The result show that organic fruits and vegetables have 40 percent more anti oxidants and organic milk has 60 percent more anti oxidant and healthy fats. Eating organic foods is equivalent to eating an extra serving of fruit or vegetables per day.
