Another agility move is called the 'forward too and you are going to use hula hoops today. So you start struggling your hoop. Focus on getting your foot work first. You are going to go in, in, out, out, in, in, out, out. Just have your arms nice and relax and as you feel more confident, you can speed it up. You run down. Now I am going to try with my left foot lead. So again, I am straddling, in, in, out, out and then I am going to go. And try not to step on the hula hoop. Okay, ready. Let us go. So remember, get your feet first, in, in, out, out good. In, in, out, out, in, in, out, out, in, in, out, out, in, in, out, out. Go! Go! Go! That it is. In, in, out, out, in, in, out, out. Looking good. Remember to use left and right guys. If you want to try it backwards, if you are feeling really confident give it a go. If you are feeling confident give it a try.
