I think probably the greatest fear of the patients have with chemotherapy is how it’s going to change how they look and losing all their hair, but even more important about being nauseated and vomiting and they just heard horror stories through the years and again the medications that we have today, yes you may experience hair loss with certain chemotherapies but they’re much better tolerated than they were years ago and the horrors that people have on their mind I don’t think it exist any longer.
