Su Laurent: Hi, I am Su Laurent. I am the medical advisor to Baby Channel and consultant paediatrician and I am here with my two youngest children, Eddy and Emily. And today's top tip is about children who are being naughty. So, if your child is being naughty and you issue a threat, make sure it's a threat that you can actually carry through. For example, if Eddy was screaming and wouldn't go to bed and I say Ed, if you don't stop screaming Eddy, we will not all go to see the film tomorrow, that we promised you to see. What would you Eddy? Eddy: I would scream. Su Laurent: So if Eddy carries on screaming, we wouldn't get to go and see the film. So, all have to suffer for a second I shouldn't never really have issued. That's my top tip for today.
