Andrea Beaman: You know with the high protein craze that went around bread got a bum wrap and everybody stopped eating bread, but bread is nutritious and delicious and full of whole grain carbohydrates. You just going to choose better quality bread. So here at this store, there are so many different choices. There is seven grain bread, there is organic health bread and these are much better choice than white bread or you know like one of those. I mean, I do not want to give any names away but you know the ones that looks like stark white and you eat and you go right into sugar shock. Buy a whole grain bread. It's good for you, it's delicious, it's nutritious. You could make some fantastic sandwiches or have a nice hunk and piece of bread with a big bowl of soup, but try it you will like it.
