Hi I am here talk to you about adding vinegar to your diet. What I have here is apple cider vinegar and I drink it every day. I put in into cocktail and it is an energizing cocktail. I take a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and then I poured in into a glass of water. I am going to add a little bit more water to keep it from being too strong. I include lemon juice and a very small amount of honey. This is organic honey. It takes a little while for the honey to dissolve so what will do is just let this sit for a moment. Apple cider vinegar is completely a natural product. It is the fermentation process of apple juice creates to fortified vinegar with extra acids and enzymes. Vinegar is not just for internal remedies. It can give you energy and it is cleansing but it also has a use, it has external uses. It can be use to soothes sun burns, insect bites, it can keep your hair shiny and it can also be used to treat dandruff. Apple cider vinegar is also use for weight loss. A curves that craving for sweets and that can help you reduce your intake sugar. When cooking you can use vinegar as a replacement for salt, which is really good for those who have high blood pressure. Other things that apple cider vinegar can be use for is to revive wilted vegetables. So, here I have some spinach just a couple days old. I just put in to a bowl of cold water. I add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. I put this spinach in and let it sit just for a little while it will surely bring it back to life and also removes any sort of dirt or pesticides or anything that might be on your vegetables if you are not buying organic chemical So those are the uses that vinegar has and you should add it to diet.
