The next practice is Moon Circles. From standing pose, draw the arms open and out to the side. Inhaling up, the hands cross gently. Exhaling down, bringing in energy, bringing in calm. Inhaling up, exhaling down. See if you can allow the movements to become as seamless and fluid as possible. Certain movements are even and unbroken. Stable in your feet, so the feet don't. The connection to the earth, stable and quiet. The arms moves slowly like you are moving through water. Exhaling down gently and inhaling up. Move at a pace that feels very comfortable for you. If you move too slowly, it will feel labored, too quickly, and you will feel rushed, move at a pace that feels absolutely perfect and healing for you. Exhaling down, washing internally. Inhaling up and gathering energy. This is very good for the lymphatic system; helps open the shoulders and heal the back. As you gather and clear one more time, settling back into stillness, water standing position.
