Hand to heart. Drawing your arms up, allow your hands to just rest one on top of the other on your heart, which then drops and you turn inward. It's a very simple beautiful practice, keep lying your hands, slowly release, and begin again. The arms move out and up to your heart, lying your hands one on top of the other on your heart. Healers, for generations have known the power of healing hands or the lying of hands and in this practice, you are doing just that, just feeling the energy from your body, giving to yourself and release. All the chi, all the life force you have cultivated in the practice now, you gather, and bring to yourself to self-healing practice, calming the heart, pacifying the heart. Seeking stillness and gentleness, it's a practice of compassion, gently release, slowly and one more time, lying your hands on your heart, retrieve your senses. Feel your breath, release and clear. Developing calm, even, balanced energy. Back to standing, back to stillness.
