Hi everyone, I am Judy and welcome to energy blast. Today we are going to have a great time exercising and that is what these energy blasts are all about, having fun. Everyone join us, let us go. Get up off that couch, it is athletic. Alternating lunges, feet together, hands on your hips. We are going to step forward with your right foot here we go. Forward, do not go too low. Try to keep you knees from wobbling. Great. Down and up, you got it. Keep it going. These energy blasts are all about getting strong and you know what, the strong you are, the more fit you are going to be and that means you are going to be a better athlete and that is a great thing. Down and up. Keep breathing. Not too low, keep it small, track that knee, do not let it wobble, chest tall. Great. Hang in there we are almost there.
