Hi everyone, I am Judy and welcome to energy blast. Today we are going to have a great time exercising and we are going to try an African move called the African walk. Remember these energy blasts are going to make you feel great because it is exercise. That is what you need to be healthy and strong. See what we are doing here, we are stomping now try to get lower. Perfect, that is it. you are probably feeling your legs a little bit that is okay because you are working the muscle. Now, what we are going to do is add our shoulders and our ribs. Here we go. This one is a little trickier so hang in there so now remember, the great thing about exercising everyday is you are going to sleep better and that is really important. You need to be getting eight hours a day to function. So remember exercise and sleep go hand in hand. Looking good, try to really get into that move, let us go. Awesome, keep breathing.
