The things that could be bad for you or actually good, sunshine! You know sunshine giving you about 5 minutes a day without sun screen is crucial for vitamin D and in fact 75 percent of people are deficient in vitamin D, 90 percent of it comes from the sun. You know everything about sun is so great, is every one come out here. It stimulate cerentonaum production, it’s a feel good chemical. Vitamin D guards against cancers, osteoporosis, even diabetes it’s crucial that you get enough of it. And isn’t it just nice being outside? So no sun screen on your arm or legs maybe 5, 10 minutes a day and you can trust me.
