The Ab Combination Exercise Hi, my name is Chris. I'm from Houston, Texas. This exercise that I'm going to take you through is an ab combination. This is a great ab combination because it incorporates just about every ab muscle. So come on down to your back, you can grab a medicine ball, a weight, if that’s too much you don’t need anything you can just do it with your hands. Legs straight up in the air, you want to touch your toes with the ball. It’s not easy at first but it’s definitely something that you can work up to. So it’s something that takes a little bit more endurance but just do a little bit at a time. You know, start out without any kind of weight, don’t have a medicine ball, don’t have weights. Don’t have anything, just use your hand and go through it. And the first time you go through it, you might only be able to do it once and going to come up for 10. Had it straight up. On the ten foot, you’re going to hold. Here we’re working on the transverse abdominis and all the deep core muscles. Hold for ten seconds. Come back down, spread your legs wide, twist, twist, come up to each toe. Ten times at each side, up, and you’re going to hold. Again, ten seconds to the left, down, ten seconds to the right, down. Come up through the center, straight through, all the way through. 10 times, and down. I think that if you make exercise fun, people are going to continue to want to do it. I mean working out is hard, obviously it’s work and if you could make it as much fun as possible, people are going to keep coming back. Do that three times through, fabulous abs.
