This next series of drills works on agility and it is called standup. There all about being able to get off the ground fast when you are playing sports. So the first one is called the four points. So if you are playing soccer and you fall on all fours, you are going to bring your knee in and up, up. Go! Okay. Now they are going to try it. So you want to be fast. Are you ready? From all fours, you guys. Okay ready, go! Up, up, good, very fast! Okay, one more time, down on all fours, go! Nice! Okay so the next one, down on the floor, guys. Sit down. Basketball, someone knocks you over, you are here, you are going to take your one leg over, you are going to roll over and press up fast, okay? Are you ready? Okay, ready and go! Good, perfect! Crossing that leg over, rolling into it. Okay, down again. Go! Nice! Good, okay. So the next one, we are on our backs. So again, it is all about getting up quickly. So you have been knocked over, you are going to roll over, bring your leg up, and push yourself up. Okay, are you ready? Danny, go and up you go! Let us do it a little bit faster. Let us try it again. Are you ready? Get down. Go! Not bad, not bad. Okay, the last one, the sprawl. So, I am faced down. So you have been playing hockey and someone just gave you a good hit. All right, you are going to push up. Bring your knee in, push up, help yourself up. All right, are you ready? And the idea is quickly. Go! Try it again. A little bit faster. Head down. Go! Awesome. So we are working on agility here. If you can get up quick, you are back in the game.
