(Music Playing) This is the first part of the leg massage, the back of the leg actually, I started with applying oil or lotion. Use light and fluid motion to distribute the lubrication the leg side on the aquilles go to the calves and thighs. Then, I use broad strokes along the muscle fibers, starting from the aquilles, all the way up to the buttocks. You see the very end of the movement I turn my left hand towards the inside cause that is were the limp nodes are located and you are born health during the limp with this movement. Some people prefer a pulling motion for warm up. I show here like alternating strokes. The main goal is to create some friction to warm up the area. The next thing I do is cross fiber strokes by starting on the heel, go to the aquilles, the calves and the thighs. Again, we are still trying to warm up, see how my thumb is parallel to the fingers and not in up position in that way you avoid gripping the muscle. (Music Playing)
