Tasty High Protein Coffee Pre-workout Drink Hello, it's Lee Hayward here from www.LeeHayward.com and if you’re a coffee drinker, I got a tasty little protein treat for you. What I’m going to do is mix protein powder in with my coffee. Now, I know this might sound a little bit weird to some of you but it actually taste really good. So what I often do is like mix up say, a chocolate protein in with the coffee. It kind of gives it a hot chocolate cappuccino type of flavor. Today, what I’m actually going to be using is vanilla protein and mixing it and this will kind of give it a French Vanilla Cappuccino type of flavor. Almost like something that you would get in especially a coffee store. So all we do, lets throw in a scoop away protein and use a large cup so that it have room to stir it up. And the protein that I recommend is Myofusion. Now, right this is very nutrition. This is the one that I’ve been using recently and I have to admit, it tastes awesome. It's one of the better proteins that I’ve ever used. So just out in a scoop of protein in the bottom of the cup, pouring the coffee on top of the protein and like I said I’m using the large cup so I fill it probably three quarters full, there you go. And that gives me to go run and stir it up without the coffee spilling over obviously. And then give it a good stir because there will be you know some lumps in that. You want to break up the protein powder in the bottom of the cup. Alright, so there you have it. a high protein caffein cake all in one.
