Speed Shrink Your Trouble Zones This move is the Table Top Balance. You want to secure one end of the dumbbell around a bench, a table leg or underneath the sofa, something heavy that's going to be sturdy. Take the other end of the band and a dumbbell in your hand, we're going to come down on your hands and knees. Now bend the arm so that it's 90º, your elbow is right by your hip, and we're going to press that arm back, at the same time we're going to extend the opposite leg and then lower. Keeping those abs nice and tight pressing that back and lower. You want to make sure that your upper arm isn't moving, good! You should feel this in the back of your upper arm, the triceps and as you raise that leg really squeeze those glutes to firm your back side. Good! Keeping your abs nice and tight. You want to do 10-12 reps on each side for this move and follow it with one-minute of cardio.
