Speaker: Let's go for our Table-top Crunch with a Leg Reach. We are going to lay down to that mat and always engage those little abs, so belly button to the spine, contract that human girdle and then relax your head down. We are going to take our feet up to table top so you always want to make sure that lower back is secure and then place our hand behinds our head lightly, trying that to over grip or squeeze through your shoulders. Come up for two, there is our starting position, now we are going to lengthen away for four extending one leg, so one, two, three, four, you really have to keep those abs tight, pull back in for two, one, two, other leg now, one, two, three, four and one, two you are alternating one, two, three, four and one, two, slow and controlled breathe, one, two. Now make sure you are trying to relax through that jaw don't put too much stress here, really keep those abs tight if you start to shake you are just using all those stabilizers and do as many as you can, if you need a break just put your head, neck and shoulders down, but once go for it, many as you can complete.
