The spinal stenosis symptoms can come on but the symptoms themselves depend on the area of the spine. Classically in the lower back, patients can develop pain that shoots down the legs otherwise term as sciatica. They can get some funny feelings of weakness in their legs, numbness, and tingling and typically when the patients try to walk they find that the symptoms come on. And so they can only walk a certain distance before they have to stop.
