You've all been hearing a lot about the Swine Flu outbreak in the news lately and we want to make sure you have all the information you need to stay safe. First, the Swine flu spread just like any other flu, person-to-person contact, or by touching something with the virus on it. In order to protect yourself, cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, Throw the tissue in the garbage, Do not leave it lying around. Wash your hands often with soap and water or use alcohol-based hand sanitizers. Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Try to avoid close contact with sick people.
