Better.TV gave two women the challenge of losing weight to get into their swimsuits this summer. It's time to see if those swimsuits fit.

Swimsuit Weight Loss Program Finale Better Rhiannon: All night long we’re helping you get swimsuit ready. It’s been a month since Jan and Amanda began their quest to get back into swimsuit this summer. Now it’s time to find out the results of the their hard work on the you can do it plan. Bethany: Okay Jan are you ready? Jan: Yeah. Bethany: It’s like moment of truth time, okay so let’s first have a get on the scale and then we’ll measure alright so we started at 153. Jan: 36.5. Bethany: There’s always going to be variations in your weight and especially depending on what time of day you take your weight what you had to drink in the morning what you had to eat in the morning so sometimes if we take our weight at bearing times a day you can see the 4 or 5 pound difference. It’s a great, great start, 1 degree 24 and 6.5. That’s only 4 weeks. It’s awesome. Rhiannon: Time to checkout the biceps. Bethany: Let’s do the guns. 10 inches and we started with 11 inches, one whole inch. Jan: Alright. Bethany: So we started with 36 and you are now at 32 and 1/4. Jan: Yahoo. Bethany: You started here with 43 and you are now at 40 even 3 inches up your hips too. Jan: Oh my gosh that’s awesome. Bethany: Okay baby. Rhiannon: Now let’s check the number on the scale. Bethany: The scale is not everything. It’s how you feel, it’s how you feel in your clothes and the inches off that’s the real progress so are you feeling now ready Jan to get into the bathing suite. Jan: Oh my gosh I guess it’s ready as I’ll ever be. Rhiannon: Not bad Jan. Okay now it’s Amanda’s moment of truth. Bethany: Alright Amanda are you ready? Amanda: I guess so. Bethany: Alright step on up. 168 and we started with 174 that’s awesome 6 pounds in 4 weeks is really awesome it’s a really great start. Rhiannon: Trainer Bethany Lyons measures the guns. Bethany: Half an inch off the bicep. Rhiannon: It’s an important one for Amanda for waste size. Bethany: 31.5. You started at 38. Amanda: Oh my gosh. Bethany: So 6-1/2 inches off your waste. I’m sure all your clothes must be fitting. Definitely. Amanda: Yeah. Bethany: Ready to go into the bathing suite. Amanda: I’m ready to try. Rhiannon: Good job ladies both Jan and Amanda are thrilled with the progress they made. Jan: The clothes that I had bought that were upsized I wished I never was they’re starting to fall of me which is great and then the clothes that I haven’t been able to wear since my daughter was born I actually got into a pair of pants last week. I could not believe it. Amanda: It felt good to put on a pair of pants that I actually never worn. They hadn’t fit me since I bought them. I’m not sure why I bought them but to be able to wear them was great. Rhiannon: And both women are determined to stick to the plan. Jan: Now that I’m on a roll I’m going to keep even like this and definitely keep exercising and I figured out how to fit exercising to my life so I feel so much better I have so much more energy that I don’t want to lose that. Amanda: Now that summer is coming up and to be able to wear summer clothes that hadn’t fit in a while maybe a few summers that’s going to be really good. Rhiannon: Great job ladies.
