Dr. Ann Kulze: I love butter sweet potatoes and better time I’m telling you how much good news they have in them, I hope you will love them too. You know there savory yet sweet which our palate seems are really like dig, they are naturally low in calories yet very filling because they so much fiber, they are great source of vitamin C but are really most famous on the nutrition front because of how much beta carotene they have? They provide more beta carotene than any other food in fact, a single serving of sweet potato will give you 250% of your body’s daily requirement for beta carotene. A couple other great things about sweet potatoes is unlike there white counterparts which I call the great while hazards which sabotage your metabolism and make you fat. Sweet potatoes don’t tend to do that , they don’t tend this in your glucose levels up soaring because they do have so much fiber and you now if you look at this sweet potato here this is a big one and if you ate that you would feel pre-satisfied I mean I eat a lot of sweet potatoes and I know if I have that as my lunch or a part of my lunch. I would be very seated, seated means you know full or a comfortably full and I would only have gotten about maybe a 160 calories wow that’s pretty powerful.
