Hi! I am Dina Prioste and welcome to Get Exercised. Sometimes when I am teaching classes, I will do an exercise that kicks my butt as well, which is definitely the case with the core strengthener we've got today. Let's get on the floor and get to it. Start by lying down on your side in a sexy like position with your elbow directly underneath your shoulder, where we come in to modify thigh strength flexing your feet lifting up. If you haven't quite built the upper body strength yet for this, you can keep your top foot down on the floor and work until the next strength here. Now to the super fun part, inhale here, exhale, take that arm through, inhale back up, exhale, take it through. Oh yeah, inhale up, exhale through, and you can see, this is really working your core, stay balanced, inhale, exhale. Now for some add and get exercise fun we are going to inhale, take the leg up, exhale and get through, inhale up, exhale through, inhale, exhale though, and Shavasana. This exercise has so many benefits. Oh! It like puts muscles, it tones muscles on your belly. It builds strength in your arms and legs. Oh! It really helps with balancing and stuff and like exercising like this makes your metabolism go faster. Stay on the floor, work your core and balance with that exercise this week.
