Straight Arm Side Plank Hi, my name is Shaela Luter in I like to live the life style. I like to practice what I preach and share my passion for heath and fitness. And I'm going to be working in straight arms side plank. So definitely work your obliques, your abs, your back and little bit of your shoulders as well. Were going to lie on our side, stack our feet push up on the inside arm, reach with the opposite arm towards the ceiling nice and easy. And we’re working our obliques but make sure you keep your hips up nice and tight and good, keeping that back nice and straight, nice and aligned. Good you’re going great and keep on breathing. If that’s a little bit too -- challenging for you, we’ve got a modified version for you. It's going to bring our forearm down to the floor. Same idea, feet stack, lift the hips. Work your obliques, reach towards the ceiling and you got it. Alright, hold there nice and tight. The stronger you’d get, the better you get with those nice tone abs. okay, great and that was our exercise.
