Tone your glutes and thighs with this lower-body move

This move is called the Step Squat. It's great for toning your lower body, including your glutes and your thighs. We are going to start by holding a set of dumbbells down at your side. You want to stand in front of a low-step have it about 2 feet behind you and place your left foot on top of the step so that the top of your foot is on it. Standing nice and tall we are going to bend that front knee, lowering into the squat, and then stand back up. Lower keeping that front knee behind your toe, press into that front foot as you stand up. Keeping it nice and controlled, really feel that front leg working. Complete a set of 8-10 reps of this exercise and then repeat it with the opposite leg.
