Segment 3, Repetition 1 With your weight back in the right leg, you want to turn on the right leg, dropping the right hand, raising the left, and then turn back, dropping the left, bringing the right around, stepping out with the left foot, shifting your weight all the way into the left leg, and you want to brush over the knee with the left, push out with the right, and then you want to lift the right foot off the floor, place it back down in the same spot, relax back into the right leg, step to the center with the left, and bring your arms in together, one turn, and then two turn back, place the left foot back out again, shift your weight, and brush knee and push. When you want to shift your weight back into the right leg, drop your hands and fist to the groin, turn out the left foot. You want to take a half step with the right leg, right in front of the arch of the left, and you want to now spin off the right leg, bring the left leg forward, shifting your weight all the way into the left leg, now brushing over the knee with the left and punching with the right. Now with your weight in the back leg, you want to turn, and now turn back, relax, place the left foot out, shifting the weight, letting all of your energy sink down, exhaling, and then now as you turn in and the palm comes out, inhaling, lifting the right foot off the floor, placing it back down, exhaling all the way, letting the energy sink, and then as you come back up and inhale, step in with the left leg on the heel. One turn, and two turn back, place the left foot back out to where it was before, shift your weight, remembering to empty out, exhaling, letting the weight sink down to the bottom, and then brushing over the knee and push. Now shift your weight back, drop your hands and fist to the groin, turn out the left foot, take a half step, it is going to be in a T-position in front of the left leg, and now with all the weight in the right leg, spin forward with the left, shift your weight all the way into the left leg, and you want to brush over your knee, and punch through with the right. As we repeat this segment, you want to remember to keep the weight in the right leg, and the left leg completely relaxed. You are actually using the right leg to help turn you around, turn you back, place the left foot out, and then shifting all the way into the left leg, you are going to turn in the relaxed the right leg. Now as you raise the right leg up, place it back down in the same spot, you are shifting your weight all the way back into the right leg, and when you step in with the left, you want to squeeze your thighs together, and now turn, and turn back, and the whole time you are keeping the weight in the right leg, and using the right leg again to place the left foot gently down, shifting your weight all the way into the left leg, and using the left leg to pull in the right side, brush over the knee, and push. Now shift your weight back, dropping your hand fist to the groin, shift your weight to the left leg, take a half circle to the right. With all your weight now in the right leg, you are using the right leg to spin the left leg forward, shifting your weight into the left leg, and using the left leg to spin your knuckles out into the punch.
