Number 1: Ellen Haas: Having smaller portions enjoy the foods that are presented at holiday parties but just have a little taste of it, instead of really eating too much. Number 2: Male Speaker 1: Don't skip meals even if you know there is a party at the end of the day skipping a meal could actually make you eat more, which means to the next point. Number 3: Ellen Haas: Have a little fruit or veggies before you go to a party so that you are not starving and you don't run for the chips indeed.
