Annie shares why she began starving herself when trying to lose weight and what she learned in the process.

When you were trying to lose weight you began starving yourself. Why did you try this and what did you learn in the process? Annie: While I was trying to figure out how to lose weight I think there was a bit of desperation in there because I did not like myself. I did not like the way I felt. So I went to drastic measures and a lot of it I would say would involve across between anorexia and bulimia at times, so what was occurring was I was getting an extremely sick. And even though I was getting skinny I knew there was something drastically wrong. So I knew it needed to change and that’s why I decided to find a drastic way to change my habits, and that’s what had to place was my habits. They had to change. I did look at myself differently and realized that what I’m doing is affecting every aspect of my life.
