This is another speed movement called standing swings and we are working on running mechanics. A lot of you do not realize that your arms are just important as your legs. So what you want to think about doing is having your arms bent at 90-degree angle, shoulders relaxed and you bring your arms up and drive them through, and then you are going to speed it up. You want to make sure that they are just swinging slightly in, and back and forth, back and forth. Okay, let us give it a try you guys. Good, shoulders relaxed. Okay, stop. Try it again. Remember, 90 degrees, keep your shoulders down and relaxed, and once you get the rhythm, go as fast as you can. Go! Nice. Back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, improving that running technique. Good. Looking good, looking good! Perfect! Relax. Okay, try it again. Remember, shoulders relaxed and ready go! 90-degree, shoulders down. Back and forth, back and forth, back and forth.
