Male Speaker: Stand with your feet wide apart. Keep one leg straight and your toes facing forward. Bend the other leg and turn the toes out to the side. Now low your groin toward the ground and hold for several seconds when you feel tension. You may rest your hands on the bent knee or on the ground for balance. Repeat with the opposite leg bent.
