Speaker: The Squat with a Straight Arm Pressback is total body exercise. So you get the backs of those arms and shoulder also the buns and the legs. So stand with your feet about four inches apart and then go ahead and place at your sides with the hand weight, you are going to come down into a squat so push back into that imaginary chair, come down for four count as your lengthening those muscles all the way down and place those hands at the sides of your knees. Make sure the tops of your knees are right over the top of the shoes okay, and then pressback up for two counts as you hold those arms back in the field back of your shoulders, come down for four, resist gravity as you lower and come up. Keep your chest and heart lifted abs tight longs spine let's do it again, down for four, three, two, one come back up for two, very nice.
