Speaker: This is your Squat with your Straight arm Pressback adding a leg lift a balance challenge. Now we are going to start with our feet about four inches apart and we are going to have those hand weights of our size, we are working the backs of the shoulders again and the bun and the thigh, so here we go. Coming down into the squat lower down four counts, one, two, three, four. Be mindful of those knees just over the top of the shoe laces, tops of the toes and as we come back up you are going to add that pressback for two counts with a leg lifts. So now we are balancing abdominals tight squeeze your buns down for four, one, two, three, four up for one, two. We are going to alternate leg lift as you come back up, abs tight lunges fine, other side and keep repeating, very good.
