Squat Shoulder Press with Single Leg Balance Exercise Hi, this is Mimi from Brazil. This next exercise I'm going to show you is called the squat press single leg balance. That exercise is actually very difficult exercise for you. But it’s really great because you’re engaging so many muscles at the same time. This is a very difficult exercise, so you need to be in a very good shape to do this. Otherwise, it would be kind of difficult. The only thing you need is a bar, a bar that you can work with the body bar or if you don’t have a body bar at home. You can use pence. You can use water bottles. Grab the body bar or whatever you have available at home. Make sure your feet are hips width apart, okay. It’s very important. Suck your stomach in into your spine. Keep your chest down. Keep looking forward. The first thing I want you to do is pretend you're going to sit down in a small of chair, so your butt is first. And you go all the way down. Keep your chest out and looking forward. As you come up, you're going to lift one leg. You're working your core. You're working your coordination as you do that. And also, your shoulders, okay. And you're going to come down to the first position back to the squat and up. Alternate the leg; you change you r legs and same thing. You balance it out. When we get it, you can start going a little fast. Remember to breathe, now straight up to the ground and up. You’re going to be working pretty much of your entire body as you do this one. We work in your gluts, ham strings, squats, also your abs, shoulders and your balance as well. The idea for you, it would be to do three sets of ten to 15 wraps to three sets ideal. If it gets too easy, get something a little heavier. Its keep challenging your body, so you will not adapt to the routine. It’s a very complete exercise that would definitely; definitely make you feel like you work really hard. I'm Mimi and I’ll see you around the gym.
