Squat Jump Exercise Hi my name is Marc Motemerio. The exercise I'm going to be demonstrating to you now is a squat jump. A difficult exercise if not executed correctly. You want to make sure that you sit the squat up properly before you actually execute the job. What I suggest you do is place your feet, hip distance apart nice and strong. Take your hip bones. Push them back as if you were sitting down on a chair. You wan to load the muscle first then slightly just explode and jump up. Now as you land, you want to soften down through those squats into those knees that you don’t hurt and jot through your joints. Let's go again. Load to explode. That’s it, looking good. Can you do it again? Let's go. Load to explode. Now guys, as you keep doing this exercise, you want to make sure that you engage your core, keeping your shoulders nice and steady. If you want to add a little bit of momentum by all means, add your arms up as well, but you want to keep it nice and strong. Keeping your gluts nice and engaged, quads are strong, hamstrings are strong. Let’s go for four. Can you get higher? Three, I know you can, come one. Two, is this the one? That is the one. Good job. It taught effectively and executed correctly. You cannot go wrong. It’s a string effect and there's also a bit of a balance and it’s the base way to shake the legs. I know you can improve it. So the next time I see you, make sure, your jump squats are through the ceiling.
