Hi! I just stopped and get some water! We are going to move on to our next squat and it is our most explosive one. What you wanted to do is really jump nice and high and throw that moving, try land really softly. You are starting on a squat again and you are jumping up using your arms as a power up, nice and high and try land to both heel to absorb that move and you want to really think about using those squats, you are going to get nice strong muscles from these big jumps. Okay, let us try it. Okay, ready, up and down. Remember, land as soft as you can. Use these arms, good! That is it! Looking great! Really explode! Let us try two more. This are called jumps squat, they are most explosive squat. Have fun with them.
