Now, we are really going to make the pushups even harder with the spring push-up and it is an explosive push up. So, the guys are going to demonstrate it but they are going to come down on all force and then they are going to spring up. I have the privilege of coaching and not trying to do it. Okay, are you ready? They are going to try now four of them. So, they are on all force and they are going to explode right up trying to get their hands and feet off the floor together. You really hold it through that core. Okay, go for it. Good, two, three right up doing, four. So, this is the spring pushup. It really works your upper body and your core. It is a challenging one. Give it a try once you have mastered the other pushups. Okay, try one more, can you get even higher? Awesome! Great job!
